"HOW TO" REFERENCES IN MY BOOK

A number of people who have purchased my book, "Mind, Time and Power!" have said that an index to all the techniques and exercises in the book would make the book more valuable as a "tool kit" and enable them to find specific areas of the book which contain the exact information they need.

I agree that this is a great idea and I am working on getting one together.

In the meantime, I have compiled this list of "how to" exercises and instructions, so that you can begin to use it right away.
